Our nonprofit company first hired Sue Watson to run our annual team building meeting several years ago. Sue did a wonderful job of creating a program for the day that was both practical and useful while also being engaging and enjoyable for everyone who attended. Because of the overwhelmingly positive response by staff, our company has continued to have Sue Watson run our annual team building meetings. In addition to the annual team building meetings, we recently had all of our managers attend Sue’s leadership training series. All of our staff who participated in the leadership training series found the classes to be extremely valuable in helping each of them to enhance their leadership and management skills and to demand more of themselves on a personal and professional level. Sue made herself available to our staff outside of the classes, all without extra charge to our company. Because of Sue’s willingness to go above and beyond and counsel individual staff members regarding specific management challenges, a number of our employees reported improved morale and better working relationships among employees. It’s clear that Sue does this work out of passion and not simply to make money. She has the rare ability to offer very practical and useful strategies in a way that connects both on an intellectual and emotional level.
